System
The partners acknowledge the importance of maintaining a consistent standard of quality in our services to clients, which necessitates a systematic approach to our operations. In response, we've thoroughly assessed our work activities and procedures and have introduced a Quality Management System.
Our partners are fully committed to supporting this system, recognizing the collaborative effort required with our staff. We understand the significance of not only implementing procedures but also continuously monitoring and refining the system through feedback.
Upon agreement of terms with the client, the design process begins with the creation of a Client Brief, which may be prepared solely by the client or collaboratively with TP Engineering Services LLP. Throughout the design and construction phases, the Practice takes responsibility for controlling the quality, progress, and direction of the project based on this brief.
Given the nature of the built environment, many projects undergo strict quality assurance procedures involving continuous review by the Practice. Independent critical assessments at key stages ensure that the completed installation aligns with the approved audit trail from the initial Client Brief.
